Why stakeholders is critical for admins to manage their users?
Stakeholders is the base application where user companies, projects and tools are set up.
User is assigned a role in the project where access is required and based on these roles user can have access to the tools. Additionally, users also have the ability to update AE Firm, companies, users who can manage the tools. This can be managed through “Update Stakeholders” screen in Stakeholders only.
Once users have correct role assignments to the tools, then only user can action ROD/DAC/SDD in Jira. Based on the user roles, tickets in Jira get routed to the correct group of users.
Similarly, based on the roles user can access and make updates in other applications available in FCE suite of applications.
